Shipping Information - DragonAllen Designs

We exclusively and proudly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of your shipping needs.

We use a blend of flat-rate and weight-based shipping rates, and we automatically use the best rate available.

Please use the shipping estimator found in your shopping cart.

The shipping estimator will appear automatically once you have added at least one item to your cart.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

It's rare, but it does happen occasionally.

We automatically include an insurance fee as part of shipping fees, and your shipment is guaranteed by USPS.

In order to file a claim, we will need details and pictures from you.  Any damaged products must be returned.

Once we file a claim with the USPS, your original charges will be refunded.

At that time, you can optionally reorder the same or a similar product.

No Returns Without RMA

We do not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To obtain an RMA, please contact us via e-mail, and let us know how we can help you.

Items received without an RMA will be shipped back to you at YOUR COST.

 

 

Guaranty / Warranty

If a product is defective due to workmanship or materials, at your option, it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Repair

 

  1. Contact us via e-mail, explain the situation, attach pictures if possible, and state that you wish a REPAIR
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  3. We will send you a shipping label
  4. You will pack the item
  5. You will ship the item to us using our shipping label (ship at our cost)
  6. We will repair the item within 5 business days
  7. We will ship the item back to you at our cost

We will always do our best to work with you, to expedite the repair process

If, for some reason, we are unable to repair the product, we will work with you to replace it, or issue a refund (see below)

Replace

 

  1. Contact us via e-mail, explain the situation, attach pictures if possible, and state that you wish a REPLACEMENT
  2. We will ship you a replacement item
  3. If the original item / color / pattern isn't available, we will offer you the same product with a slightly different pattern or color.
  4. If you accept the replacement offer, we will ship it to you at our cost.  If you do not accept, we will offer you the option of a refund (see refund below).
  5. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  6. We will send you a shipping label
  7. You will pack the original item
  8. You will ship the original item to us using our shipping label (ship at our cost)
  9. If NOT received within 10 business days of the RMA, you will be charged for the replacement product, and no refund will be issued.

Materials are subject to availability.  If we can't replace your item with the exact same materials, we will present you with similar options.  At YOUR OPTION, if you accept our offer, we will replace the item with the material you choose.  If NOT, then we are happy to issue you a refund (see below).

Refund

 

  1. Contact us via e-mail, explain the situation, attach pictures if possible, and state that you wish a REFUND
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  3. We will send you a shipping label
  4. You will pack the original item
  5. You will ship the original item to us using our shipping label (ship at our cost)
  6. If received within 10 business days of the RMA, you will be issued a refund for the original item amount plus the original shipping costs.

 

 

Returns

Returns outside of Guaranty / Warranty must shipped back to us, clean and in good condition, within 30 days of purchase.

Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

You pay for return shipping.

Items that arrive dirty or damaged will not be refunded.

Before returning an item, please contact us via e-mail to see how we can help you.  For example, if you wish to exchange an item, we can cross-ship you the new item.

Having you as a happy customer us our number one goal.

 

 

Repairs Outside of Warranty

We are happy to work with you to repair items outside of warranty.

Please contact us via e-mail, explain the situation in detail, and provide pictures if possible.

We will send you a quote for shipping and repairs.

At your option, we will send you a shipping label, so that you can send us the item, and we can effect repairs.

We will complete repairs within 5 business days, or as specified in the quote, and then send you back the item.

  • Rips and tears can often be sewn, and the repair will be minimally-visible
  • Torn seams can be re-stitched
  • Worn / stained / torn areas can be patched, with the caveat that the original material may not be available.  In the event that the original material is no longer available, we will work with you to determine the material used for patching.
